As non-diet dieticians, we are here to help you let go of restrictive food rules and learn to eat without guilt or fear of losing control through an intuitive eating approach.

Learning to become an intuitive eater can be scary if you don’t have support and guidance or your usual comfort of tracking/counting/measuring. We offer you support each small step of the way, empowering you to reconnect to your body’s cues and start to FEEL the difference when you choose to eat in a nourishing way.

Through our work together, you will learn the following:

  1. Become more attuned and trusting of the food choices that physically nourish you as well as satisfy your taste buds.

  2. Find a way of eating that is flexible to suit your lifestyle, enjoyable and that feels good, both mentally & physically.

  3. Find more headspace for the things in life that are meaningful to you and bring you joy, once food and your body are no longer a stress.

  4. Learn how to make balanced, nutritious meals without calorie counting/measuring/tracking. You will have a plan for shopping and cooking.

  5. Feel more energised, understand your metabolism better and know how to nourish and care for your body in the most optimal way.

  6. Build confidence, self-esteem and establish a healthy relationship with food and your body.

Got any questions?
You aren't alone. Here are some frequently asked questions:

1. I want to become an intuitive eater, but I also really want to lose weight! Is this possible with intuitive eating? Intuitive eating is a self-care paradigm that shifts away from a weight- centred focus. We will work together to uncover your "why" and focus more on short term, day-to-day goals for self-care and for feeling your best from the food choices you make. It is not wrong to hold a desire to lose weight, but choosing to diet or restrict foods for intentional weight loss is not a sustainable approach and may actually negatively impact your health (e.g. weight cycling, eating disorders or disordered eating, poor body image, low self-esteem). If weight loss is a side effect or OUTCOME of positive health behaviours and treating your body kindly, then that is 100% okay. We just don't use weight as a measure of health. I have a weight-neutral approach to health, meaning that I look at value of health behaviours outside of weight loss. Whether you lose, gain or stay the same weight, I am here to hold space for that, but it is not what we set the goal posts by :)

2. I just want a meal plan and then can do this on my own. Can you provide me with this? I can definitely provide you with a meal planning guide to help with balanced and delicious meal ideas, easy planning, shopping and eating out. But, I do NOT offer portion controlled or calorie based meal plans as this takes away the trust that we are trying to build in your OWN body to tell you what and how much food makes you feel your best!
