Weight Management


Gabi will help you to set a realistic weight loss/gain goal for a specific time frame and help you to develop healthy habits that will be sustainable. You will formulate SMART goals together and receive a meal plan that is personalised to your specific likes and needs. You will be guided on how to maintain your weight in the long term and will re-formulate goals, monitor body composition and dietary intake at each follow up. 

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Gabi can help you to discover what foods are triggering symptoms such as bloating, excessive gas, reflux, diarrhoea, constipation and help to improve these symptoms, while still making sure to have a balanced diet that is nutritionally complete. Gabi completed a specialized training course (2017) in the FODMAP diet for IBS and is a part of a team of dieticians in South Africa (EatFit) with special interest in gastrointestinal health. 

Childhood Nutrition


Gabi provides families/children with nutritional advice to ensure childhood normal growth and development, to develop healthy eating habits, cope with stress, enhance concentration and lead children to a healthier future.

Vitality Nutrition Consult


Get 1000 points for a dietician consultation per year. If your BMI is not within the normal range, your vitality weight loss rewards can be activated where you can earn up to 2500 points after you meet your goal at 12 weeks. Don't wait till the end of the year, make a booking now! It is suggested that you come in for a full consultation (1hour 15mins) in order to gain the most benefit from the initial consultation. If you would like a shorter consultation however (30 minutes) which is only goal driven, without an individualized meal plan drawn up by Gabi, please advise over email.
