Meal Plan follow up consultation

Service Description

Gabi will draw up a personalised meal plan for the client following the initial consultation based on the individual's likes/dislikes, goals and nutritional requirements. Gabi will email the meal plan to the client prior to the consultation and the meal plan will be discussed as part of the follow up. The goals and behaviour/habit changes that were set during the initial consultation will be discussed and any barriers or difficulties will be addressed. Goals will be reiterated and some additional goals may be set for the weeks to follow until the next session.

Cancelation Policy

Kindly sms or call to cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation price. Thank you for understanding.
