Initial Consultation

Service Description

This consultation will include a thorough assessment of medical history, any symptoms/worries, current dietary intake and body composition (i.e. weight, body fat %, muscle mass etc.). Issues identified during the assessment are addressed through nutrition education and goals are set. After the initial consultation, a follow up appointment will be set up for 1-2 weeks time in order to assess the client's progress with the goals set as well as symptom control, difficulties/challenges and successes. If the client wants a meal plan, Gabi will draw up a personalised plan after the initial consultation which will be discussed with the client in the follow up consultation. The client can also claim 1000 Discovery Vitality points for a full dietician consultation per year.

Cancelation Policy

Kindly sms or call to cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation price. Thank you for understanding.
