Initial Consultation

Service Description

The initial consultation includes a full assessment of your medical history, symptoms/worries, dietary, sleep and exercise habits and level of stress. The last 30 minutes is used for education, based on the information gathered in the first part of the consultation. Gabi will work with you to establish goals/habit changes in order to achieve your desired outcomes, which will be the focus for the first week following the initial consultation. A follow-up appointment will be set up for 1-2 weeks later in order to assess progress with the goals as well as symptom control, difficulties/challenges and successes. If the client wants a meal plan, Gabi will draw up a personalised plan after the initial consultation which will be discussed with the client in the follow up consultation.

Cancelation Policy

Kindly sms or call to cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation price. Thank you for understanding.
